Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping Policy

We offer $25 CAD shipping on all orders in Canada and the United States, Delivery times vary between 3 - 9 business days.
Express shipping for 1-2 Business days will be charged a fixed rate of $40 CAD

BackCountry Radios currently does not ship beyond USA and Canada

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

BackCountry Radios is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applied to your order. All charges incurred during or after shipping (including tariffs, taxes, and other government-imposed costs) are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Products returned due to cross-border purchase issues will be subject to a 50% restocking fee to cover shipping, handling, and associated costs.

Please note: All BackCountry Radios products are shipped from within Canada.

Damages

BackCountry Radios is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you

received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the Canada Post. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

BackCountry Radios will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

If you have not received your delivery after 10 business days, please reach out to Customer Support and we can help you check on your order.

Cancelled Orders

BackCountry Radios makes every effort to keep items in stock. Occasionally, even after an order has been placed, products will be oversold. If this happens, you will be notified within 48 hours that part, or all, of your order cannot be fulfilled and has been cancelled. We apologize for this inconvenience. Since your card is not charged until your product has shipped, you will not be charged for your order and the authorization will drop according to your bank (2-3 business days but contact your bank for more information).

Partial Shipments

If only part of your order is unavailable, the remaining items will be shipped to you. Your account will only be charged for the shipped items.

Out-Of-Stock Items

BackCountry Radios products are currently available online through our website in the United States and Canada regions only. If you are interested in a specific out-of-stock item, continue to check the website periodically and/or contact BackCountry Radios Support to find out when the product will be made available.

Missing or Stolen Shipments

If you didn't receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible:

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 21 days for the investigation.
